You must replace a damaged glass cover. The
replacement glass cover may be obtained from the
after sales service. Please specify the E number and
FD number of your appliance.
If the oven seal is faulty, it must be replaced by an
after sales service expert. A faulty oven seal can result
in high energy losses. The fronts of adjacent units
could be damaged.

telephone number of your nearest after sales service
centre in the phone book. The after sales service
centres listed will also be happy to advise you of a
service point in your local area.
Please quote the E number (product number) and the
FD number (production number) of your appliance
when contacting the after sales service. The rating
plate containing these numbers is found on the right,
on the side of the oven door. You can make a note of
these numbers in the space below to save time in the
event of your appliance malfunctioning.
