12. Please perform another reset to make sure there is no file cached the flash
memory of the modem. To do the factory reset, press the reset button (with a pin or
paper clip) located on the back of the modem for about 7 seconds.
13. To verify that the correct software has been loaded, open up a web browser and
type in the following address: 192.168.100.1. The user name will be admin and
password will be hitron.
