form that follows and en-
close it inside your unit's
shipping pack. Do not
send the service infor-
mation form separately.
2. To ensure the safe trans-
portation of your unit to
the factory, ship it in an
original factory packing
container. If you don't
have one, call or write
Crown's Parts Depart-
ment. With the exception
