PART 9: AUTOMATIC MALFUNCTION DETECTION
SYSTEM
Your washing machine is equipped with a system, which during the washing process continually monitors the
correct progress and in the case of any malfunction takes the necessary remedy measures and will at the same
time inform you about the malfunction.
Error code Error indicator
E01 Start/Pause indicator
light is fl ashing.
Err 02 Program indicator light
is fl ashing
Err 03 The Start/Pause and
program indicator
lights are fl ashing.
Err 04 The end of program in-
dicator light is fl ashing.

Possible cause
The door is open.
There is not very much
water in the drum.
Water pressure is too
low.
The pump is damaged
or the pump fi lter is
clogged.
Communications pro-
blem.
Solution
Check whether the door is properly
closed. If the problem persists, turn
off the washing machine, disconnect
the power cord from the mains socket
outlet and contact an authorised servi-
ce centre.
Completely open the tap. There may
be a water outage. If the problem
persists, turn off the washing machine,
disconnect the power cord from the
mains socket outlet and contact an
authorised service centre.
Clean out the pump fi lter. If the pro-
blem persists, turn off the washing ma-
chine, disconnect the power cord from
the mains socket outlet and contact an
authorised service centre. (*)
If the problem persists, turn off the wa-
shing machine, disconnect the power
cord from the mains socket outlet and
contact an authorised service centre.
