Mattress attachment straps
Head mattress has two (2) attachment straps.
Body mattress has eight (8) attachment straps.
The attachments straps have slip locks at the end.
Back support plate, head part (x2)
Back support plate, shoulder part (x2)
Back support plate, lower body part (x2)
Seat plate (x2)
Leg support plate (x2)
Remove mattress attachment strap

Push attachment strap
further into slot and turn
