3.2 How to set up the SITRANS RD500 email client
1. Log in to SITRANS RD500 and navigate to Configure > Network > tab.
2. Enter the DNS server IP address into the DNS server field and click Apply. For this example,
we will use the Google public DNS server IP address: 8.8.8.8.
Note
The DNS IP address is required in order for SITRANS RD500 to resolve the domain name
mail.authsmtp.com and recognize the IP address of the email server. The DNS IP address
may be different if you are using SITRANS RD500 on a company network.
3. Click the Email tab.
4. Enter the account details received from authsmtp.com, similar to the settings shown below:
