Contractual warranty
-The terms of this warranty do not prevent the buyer
of the device from benefiting from the advantages of
the terms of the legal warranty for hidden faults and
defects which apply in any case in accordance with
Article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
-The warranty period is 2 years from the date of
installation or purchase and shall not exceed 30
months from the date of manufacture in the absence
of proof.
-The warranty covers the replacement or supply of
parts accepted as defective, excluding claim
damages.
Labor, travel and transportation costs are the

responsibility of the user.
-Damages from a non-compliant installation, a supply
system not meeting the NF EN 50160 standard,
abnormal use, or non-compliance of the requirements
of this installation and Operating Manual are not
covered by the warranty.

Validity of the warranty
-The validity of the warranty is subject to installation
and setting of the device by a professional installer,
use and maintenance carried out in accordance with
the instructions specified in our manuals, and
maintenance of the device performed by a licensed
professional as soon as the first year of use after
installation.
-Please only provide this certificate for complaint to
the distributor or your installer, together with your
invoice.
-No damage compensation can be requested for any
reason whatsoever.
-For constant improvement of our material, any
changes deemed relevant by our technical and
commercial services may occur without prior notice.
-Specifications, dimensions and information
contained in our documents are only indicative and
not binding on our Company.
