Warranty Conditions - Atlantic F620 Manual

- The warranty term is two years from the installation or purchase date, and may not
exceed 30 months from the manufacture date without documentary proof.
- This warranty applies in France only.
- Parts recognised as defective shall be replaced or newly supplied, excluding all other
claims for damages.
- Labour, travel and transportation costs shall be borne by the user.
- Damage arising from non-compliant installation, from a power network not compliant
with standard NF EN 50160, from misuse or non-compliance with the guidelines
stipulated herein shall not be covered by the warranty.
- Please submit the certificate only in case of a claim, along with your purchase invoice, to
the dealer or your installer.
- The terms of these conditions of warranty do not affect the purchaser's entitlement to
the advantages of the legal warranty for hidden faults and defects, which apply in any case
under the conditions of articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
