unsafe practices which could result in personal injury or
property damage. Refer to the following table for definitions of
the signal words.

Receiving Inspection
Remove product from package and inspect for damage. If there
is any damage, DO NOT use. Contact your dealer/ Home Care
equipment provider.
Intended Use
The oxygen conserving regulator is intended for prescription use
only, to be used as part of a portable oxygen delivery system for
patients that require supplemental oxygen in their home and for
ambulatory use.
Disposal Instructions
This device and its packaging contain no hazardous materials.
No special precautions need to be taken when disposing the
device and/or it's packaging.

SPECIAL NOTES
Danger indicates an imminently hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
Warning indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
Caution indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, may result in property damage or minor injury
or both.
