5.4. Never leave the mixer before the tool stops
completely rotating. The rotating tool may touch an
object, resulting in loss of control over the mixer.
5.5. Regularly clean the ventilation slots on your
machine.
5.6. Do not use the mixer near flammable materials.
Flying sparks may cause ignition of such materials.
5.7. Never place your hands near rotating work
tools.
5.8. While working, hold the mixer firmly with both
hands and hold a steady body position. With both
hands, the mixer is safer.
5.9. Keep your workplace clean.
Mixtures of different materials are particularly
dangerous. Fine metal scrap can either ignite or
explode.
6. Functional description and purpose of the mixer.
The machine is designed for mixing liquid and
powdered building materials such as paint, plaster,
glue, gypsum and the like. The corresponding
mixing action (which depends on the sequence of
the materials and the quantity to be mixed) must be
done with a suitable mixing tool.
Please note that our machine is not intended for
commercial, production or professional use. We will
not accept any warranty claim if the device is used
in commercial, industrial or professional sectors or
similar activities. It is not allowed to use the power
tool for activities other than its intended purpose.
7. Information on emitted noise and vibrations.
The values are measured according to EN 60745.
The noise level A is usually: sound pressure
level 87.6 dB (A); sound power of 98.6 dB (A).
Uncertainty K = 3 dB. Work with silencers! The
resulting vibration value (the three-way vector) is
determined according to EN 60745: The vibration
value specified in this manual is measured using
the method given in EN 60745 and can be used to
compare different power tools. The vibration level
varies depending on the activity being performed,
and in some cases it may exceed the value specified
in this manual. If the power tool is used for a long
time in this mode, the load caused by vibrations
could be underestimated. Directions: For the
accurate assessment of the vibration load in a given
operating cycle, the intervals in which the power tool
is off or idling must also be taken into account. This
can significantly reduce the reported vibration load
over the entire work cycle.
8. Preparing for work. Mounting accessory
accessories and tools.
8.1. Assembling the mixer (Figure 2)
First screw the upper part of the stirrer (6a) to the
bottom (6b). Then screw the stirrer (6) into the stirrer
holder (5). Use two wrench keys to do this. Use one
of the wrenches (a) to hold the holder (5) in place
and then use the second key (b) to screw the stirrer
(6). Perform the above actions in reverse order to
unwind the mixer.
8.2. To switch on the mixer, press and hold the
starter switch (1). To lock the triggered trigger switch
(1), press the button (2). To release the power tool,
release the starter switch (1) or, if it is locked with
the button (2), first press briefly, and then release
the starter switch (1).
8.3. Adjusting the speed of rotation. The mixer
allows to work with different turns of the spindle. The
adjustment is made using the gear lever (4) and the
speed controller (3). Turn the speed controller (2) to
increase or decrease it. Changing gears should only
be done when the mixer has been switched off to
avoid damage to the gearbox.
8.4. The correct speed selection is performed when
the mixer is switched on without a load. Thus, the
set speeds when working with the load can be lower.
9. Working with the mixer
Battery and charger information.
The cordless machine is supplied without a battery
and a charger. Use only battery and charger from
the R20 System series.
The mixer should move at a low speed before
immersing it in or removing it from the mixture. The
speed can be increased to the maximum only after
the agitator has been completely immersed in the
mix to ensure the engine is cooled quickly. Insert
the stirrer into the mixing bowl to begin the mixing
process. Continue the mixing process until all mixing
components are processed.
Always clean the mixer after use.
Make periodic breaks in work.
Store and handle the accessories carefully.
10. Service and maintenance.
10.1. The mixer does not require additional
lubrication or special service. There are no parts
requiring user service in it. Never use water or any
chemical liquid to clean the mixer. It should only be
wiped with a piece of dry cloth. Always store in a
dry place and the ventilation openings in the mixer
housing are free.
10.2. Replace carbon brushes.
Worn (shorter than 5 mm), burned or broken carbon
brushes on the engine should be replaced. Always
replace the two brushes at the same time. Only
switch to carbon brush work with a qualified person,
with original spare parts in the RAIDER workshop.
10.3. It is best to repair your power tools only by
qualified RAIDER workshop specialists, where only
original spare parts are used. This ensures their safe
operation.
