RocketBox Training Manual How to operate the PLC • This icon represents the home screen which also can be called the main menu screen. • Anytime that you need to go back to the main menu, this will be the icon you press.

• This icon represents the Service Page. It allows you to see how long the motor has been running for since you have received the RocketBox. • When this icon is pressed it will take you to another screen that shows how long the machine has been running for in hours.

RocketBox Training Manual Loading/Unloading Station • Screw in the four feet into the bottom of the box. • Set the station on a level surface. • On the right side of the box is a black knob that will allow you to move the base plate inside of the station, for when you want to load your cones and unload your cones.

RocketBox Training Manual Trays There are five different trays that are available for the RocketBox: There are cones that we know will work with these trays (confirm paper size and manufacturer with us for correct tray) .5 gram (achieve up to .5 gram) .7 (achieve .5-1.0 gram)

• The top tray funnels will go into the cones to help funnel the material into the cone. • Before you set the trays into the RocketBox, make sure that the shaker box in the machine is in the DOWN position.

RocketBox Training Manual • Take the wing nuts that come with the RocketBox and tighten them down on the guide rods till you feel tension. Turn about a quarter to half a turn after you first feel tension. If the machine seems loud you can tighten the trays more.

• Lift trays out of the RocketBox and place them in the unloading station. • The top tray should sit on the four rods that are in the corners of the box.
