Upgrading
To upgrade the FLASH code on your Rackmount Console Switch, you will
first need to obtain the latest FLASH firmware revision from Hewlett-
Packard. It is available through the Hewlett-Packard web site at
www.hp.com/go/enclosures.
Next you will need a serial cable (available at most electronics stores) to
connect a server to your Rackmount Console Switch. Simply connect the
serial cable between the SETUP port on your switch to the serial port on
the server.
You will then need some form of terminal software on your attached
server so that the computer can communicate with the Rackmount Console
