3. Remove the outer flange (36) and the cutting wheel (2).
4. Before assembling the new cutting wheel (2) clean the mounting flange (36) thoroughly.
5. Mount the new cutting wheel (2) by following the steps mentioned above in the reverse order
and then retightening the screws.
Careful!
Pay attention to the direction of the cutting wheel.
6. Mount the protective cover (8) above the disc.
Maintenance
Before carrying out cleaning and maintenance work, the motor needs to be switched off and
the plug to be pulled out of the socket.
In regular periods, any dust and pollutants need to be removed from the machine with a cloth
or soft brush.
All moving parts need to be lubricated frequently.
Do not use aggressive cleaning detergents to clean parts made of plastic.
The basin (3) and the cooling water pump (13) need to be cleaned from any pollutants and dirt
in regular intervals. Otherwise the cutting wheel (2) cannot be cooled as desired.
Attention!
Certain cleaning detergents or solutions can damage machine parts made of
plastic. These include e. g. petrol, cleaners including chlorine, and household cleaners. Al-
ways avoid the use of such chemical cleaners.
