Step 1. Remove the three screws from the fan board.
Step 2. Hold the lift handle as arrow
as arrow 2 indicated at the same time.
Step 3. Gently lift the fan board from the fan board tray.
If you are instructed to return the old fan board, follow all packaging instructions and use any packaging
materials that are provided.

Install the fan board

Use this information to install the fan board.

Before installing the fan board, touch the static-protective package that contains the new fan board to any
unpainted surface on the outside of the server. Then, take the new fan board out of the package and place it
on a static-protective surface.
To install the fan board, complete the following steps:
