Pfosten maßhaltig einrammen
Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir die Halbelemente
(492550A + 492250B) des Arcus Primus 90 auf Kant-
hölzer in der richtigen Einbaulage auszurichten und
mit 12 Schrauben (040.00 + 040.30) zu verschrau-
ben. Anschließend rammen Sie die Pfosten gemäß
Pfosten-Ramm-Plan in das Bankett, dabei nutzen Sie
den in Einbauposition gelegten Arcus Primus 90 als
Schablone, um das Pfostenraster festzulegen. Bei der
Positionierung der Pfosten sollte der Verstärkungs-
holm (492550/8) ebenfalls ausgerichtet werden. Die
geschlossenen Seiten der Pfosten zeigen jeweils
entgegengesetzt zur Fahrtrichtung.

Achten Sie darauf die Pfosten lotrecht auf der Einbauli-
nie einzurammen. Prüfen Sie die lotrechte Position mit
einer Wasserwaage.
Das Pfostenraster darf grundsätzlich nicht geändert
werden. Sollten die Baulichkeiten einen regelmäßigen
Abstand nicht zulassen, muss das geänderte Pfosten-
raster mit dem Hersteller abgestimmt werden.

Ram posts correct measure
Basically we recommend Align half elements (492550A
+ 492550B) of the Arcus Primus 90 onto squared tim-
bers in the correct installation position and screw them
together by using 12 screws (040.00 + 040.30). Then
you ram the posts into the hard shoulder according to
the post foundation plan, using the Arcus Primus 90
- placed in the installation position - as a template, in or-
der to determine the arrangement for the posts. When
positioning the posts, the reinforcing beam (492550/8)
should also align. The closed sides of posts each re-
pectively face the opposite way to the direction of travel.

Make sure to ram the posts in on the installation line in
perpendicular position. Check that they are perpendi-
cular by means of a spirit level.
In principle, the distance between the posts should not
be changed. If the site conditions do not allow a regular
distance, the modified post spacing must be agreed
with the manufacturer.
