How to recover Compex WP11A from failed firmware This procedure detailed the upgrading firmware to Compex WP11A. Compex WP11A will automatically switch to loader mode if the main code is corrupted. Code can be corrupted due to power surging while uploading newer firmware resulting in router fail to startup.

If you can receive replies from the PING command, it indicates the router has successfully connected to the ISP. But you still have problem to connect with a browser.
