DANGER
 NEVERoperatetheequipmentinanexplosive
atmosphereornearcombustiblematerials.An
explosion or fire could result causing severe
bodily harmor evendeath.
W ARNING
 NEVERdisconnect anyemergencyor safetydevices.
These devices are intended for operator safety.
Disconnectionof thesedevicescancausesevereinjury,
bodilyharmor evendeath.Disconnectionof anyof these
devices will void all warranties.
CAUTION
 NEVER lubricate components or attempt service on a
running machine.
 AL W A YSensure light tower is on level ground before use
sothat itcannot slideorshift around, endangeringworkers.
Always keep immediate area free of bystanders.
 AL W A YS make sure trailer is leveled with all outriggers
extended before raising tower. Outriggers must remain
extended while tower is up.
 ALWA YS keep area behind trailer clear of people while
raising and lowering mast.
 NEVERremove safetypinor pull mast locking pinwhile
tower is in a raised position!
 CHECK the mast and winch cables for wear. If any
problemoccurswhenloweringor raisingthetower, STOP
immediately! Contact atrainedtechnicianfor assistance.
 NEVER pivot or retract mast while unit is operating.
 NEVER use the light tower mast as a crane. DO NOT
lift anything with the mast.
 ALWA YSlower thelight tower whennot inuse, or if high
winds or electrical storms are expected.

SAFETY INFORMATION

 ALW A YS keep the immediate area surrounding the light
tower clean, neat, and free of debris.
 ALW A YS keep the machine in proper running condition.
 Fix damage to machine and replace any broken parts
immediately.
 ALW A YS store equipment properly when it is not being
used.Equipment shouldbestoredinaclean, drylocation
out of the reach of children and unauthorized personnel.
 T oprevent thelight tower fromoverturning, NEVERuse
in winds that exceed 65 MPH (105 km/h).
LAMP SAFETY
W ARNING
 NEVER attempt to replace lamp with the power on.
Alwaysshut downtheengineandturnoff circuit breakers
when changing the lamp.
 AL W A YS allow a suffi c ient amount of time for the lamp to
cool before touching or changing. The possibility exists of
severeburns.
CAUTION
 NEVERuseforcewheninstallingthelamp.Excessiveforce
could cause the lamp tobreak, causing bodily harm.
NOTICE
 NEVERleaveany greaseor oil residueonlampsurface
when replacing or removing lamp. This can create hot
spots, reducing the service life of the lamp.
 ALWA YS make sure lamp surface is clean and dry.
 ALWA YS replace with MQrecommended type lamp.
 ALWA YShaveatrainedtechnicianinstall andremove
a floodlight, or replace any damaged fixture wiring.
