    Chair Assembly Connecting the chair arm to the chair seat assembly Place the seat assembly (A) onto a non-abrasive surface, such as a carpet. Fasten the arms (B) to the seat assembly (A) by using M6x25 bolts (BB) and d6.5xD13x1.0 washers (DD). NOTE: Loosely tighten all of the bolts using the hex wrench (II).
  • Page 6 Chair Assembly (continued) Connecting the chair arm to the chair seat assembly Fasten the arms (B) to the seat assembly (A) by using M6x14 bolts (AA). NOTE: Loosely tighten all of the bolts using the hex wrench (JJ).
  • Page 7 Chair Assembly (continued) Connecting the chair base assembly to the chair support frame Fasten the base assembly (C) to the ssat assembly (A) by using M8x40 bolts (CC), d8.5xD17x1.6 washers (EE) , 50X24X4 washers (FF),50x50x4 washers (GG), M8x1.25 jam nuts (HH). NOTE: 1 ) Loosely tighten all of the bolts using hex wrenches (JJ and KK).

    Chair Assembly (continued) Tightening the bolts Place cushions (E and F) onto the chair. Once all of the bolts are in place, fully tighten the bolts. Ensure all connections are secure before use. Care and Cleaning For best results, clean the set with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. This will help prevent mildew by removing dirt particles that may accumulate.
