- Page 2 INTRODUCTION Congratulations on acquiring a Felt Tk FRD track bike, and thank you for being a member of the “Felt family.” This guide is intended to provide instructional support for mechanics wishing to install the Tk FRD’s seatpost. As with any assembly or maintenance procedure, we strongly recommend you take your bicycle to an authorized Felt Bicycles retailer in order to obtain the highest quality results.

Insert seatpost (A) into seat tube, sliding wedge into the bottom of the seatpost. Using a 4mm Allen key, repeatedly alternate the tightening of the top and bottom screws to ensure even pressure. Using a torque wrench, fully tighten both screws to 6 Nm. Tk FRD // SEATPOST INSTALLATION... -

Slide a saddle (not included) into the saddle clamp assembly beginning from the rear of the saddle. Once your preferred saddle angle and fore/aft position are established, tighten the saddle clamp bolt to 10-12 Nm using a torque wrench.
