If for any reason you have to touch the saw chain, make sure the chain saw is disconnected from the
mains.

The noise from this product can exceed 85 dB(A). We therefore recommend you take appropriate
measures for the protection of hearing.

When handling the product do with care and use protective gloves, chain and bar may become hot.
The safety of others

This electric chain saw must only be used by an adult who is familiar with the operation and safe use of
saws in the scope of this manual and is in good physical and mental condition.

Children and adolescents under 18 years of age may not operate the electric chain saw. Exception:
apprentices over 16 years in the schooling under the supervision of an expert.

Be aware that the owner or operator is responsible for injuries or accidents that happen to third parties
or their property in connection with the use of chain saw.
Residual Risk
Additional residual risks may arise when using these tool which may not be included in these safety
instructions. These risks can arise from misuse, prolonged use etc. Even with the appropriate safety
regulations and safety features can not be ruled out certain residual risks. These include:

Injuries caused by touching any rotating / moving parts.

Injuries caused when changing any parts, tools and accessories.

Injuries caused by prolonged use of a tool. When using any tool for prolonged periods ensure you take
regular breaks.

Damage to hearing. Use personal protective equipment to protect hearing.

Health hazards caused by breathing dust developed when using your tool (example: working with
wood, especially oak, beech, etc.).
Vibrations
The declared vibration emission values stated in the technical data and the declaration of conformity have
been measured in accordance with a standard test method provided by EN 60745 and may be used for
comparing one tool with another. The declared vibration can also be used in a preliminary assessment of
exposure.
Warning! Vibration value during actual use of the power tool can differ from the declared value depending
on the way the tool is used. The vibration level may increase above tle level stated.
When assessing vibration exposure to determine safety measures under Regulation 2002/44 / EC to protect
persons regularly using power tools in employment, exposure to vibration should consider, the actual
conditions of use and the way the tool is used, including Taking into account all parts of the operating cycle
such as the times when the tool is switched off and when it is running idle in addition to the start time.
