Installing considerations
1. It is recommended to search for qualified personnel for the installation. Read this manual
carefully before the installation
2. Don't press or fold the connection cable during the installation
3. Before installation, verify that the thickness of your door is compatible with the specifications
of the product
4. During the installation the door must be half open
5. Once the installation is complete, verify that the fingerprint, the access card, the numeric
code (followed by the '#' sign), the App and the physical key work properly to release the lock
6. If they don´t work, verify that the connection is correct and that the power cable is
not loose
