INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 2965-028, 2965-028-LA Pin Adjust Kits STEP 1: Take any existing faceplate mounted row cleaners or coulters off of the row unit. STEP 2: Install the mount bracket assembly to the faceplate using the provided ½”x1-1/2” bolts. Do not tighten bolts yet.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 2965-052, 2965-053, 2965-057 Screw Adjust Kits STEP 1: Take any existing faceplate mounted coulter or row cleaner off the row unit STEP 2: For Case row unit (2965-053), attach to the row unit using the provided ½” bolt and lock nuts. This may require taking off one or both of the gauge wheel arms.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Air Adjust Kit 2965-040 STEP 1: Take the snake head off the residue manager stem by removing the two 3/8” bolts and lock nuts. This is easier if the residue manager wheels are taken off first. STEP 2: Using the provided 3/8” bolts and lock nuts attach the Resweep shank to the square stem of the residue manager.
OPERATION A good starting point for depth is ¾”. Scouting behind the planter is critical for proper performance. If the unit is run to shallow it will not sufficiently take out the old crop stand. If it is run to deep it can leave a furrow over the seed zone.
