Description and use

Sensor for monitoring the presence of persons and animals within the premises that can be combined with
UVLOGIKA SYSTEM. Automatically stops the product for a pre-set time, which can be set during installation from
3 to 20 minutes with an internal trimmer, thus avoiding the risk of accidental exposure to UV-C radiation. PIR
SYSTEM can manage more than one UVLOGIKA SYSTEM simultaneously (up to a maximum of 10 lamps). It
can be combined with the series kit (code 21460) for the simultaneous management of two lamps.

Compliance

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above

and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
This appliance has been designed for domestic and commercial use.

The electrical system to which the product is connected must be in

compliance with applicable regulations.

• WARNING: when designing the system, it is mandatory to provide at
least two automatic protection devices in series to prevent any risk of
accidental exposure to UV-C rays (i.e. presence detectors, timers, door
locks, lit signals; see connection diagram: FIGURE B). It will be the
installer's responsibility to adequately size the system according to the
plan and volume of the room and the number of accesses to the
premises, and it will be the installer's task to choose a sufficient
number of automatic protection devices to ensure total coverage of the
premises.

• After removing the appliance from its packaging, ensure that it is complete and undamaged.
