DESCRIPTION OF THE DISPLAY
The heart rate is displayed only if the chest strap is connected.
The time is displayed only during the exercise, not during the warm-up phase.
The ratio between instantaneous power and threshold power is displayed only if the threshold power is known. The threshold power is calculated with the
Technogym threshold power test.
The ratio between instantaneous heart rate and maximum heart rate is displayed only if the age is known.
Depending on the product setting, the distance and speed values can be displayed in km and km/h, or in mi and mph, on page 3.
If the user has not logged in or entered their weight, the calorie consumption is calculated on the basis of a default 70 kg bodyweight.
