MAINTENANCE GAS/ELECTRICAL
Prior to any operation, disconnect the applia
from the electrical system. For long-life to the
equipment, a general cleaning operation must
take place periodically, bearing in mind
following:
the glass, steel and / or enamelled parts
must be cleaned with suitable non-
abrasive or corrosive products (found on
the market). Avoid chlorine-base products
(bleach, etc.);
avoid
leaving acid or alkaline substances
on the working area (vinegar, salt, lemon
juice, etc.).
