The end customer's email address must be entered if you wish them to receive it automatically.
Once the information has been entered, the warranty document is generated automatically and is
sent to the Ventilairsec Group, to your company and to the end customer (if their email address has
been entered).
Commissioning of the VMI® is complete.
Any new login to the VMI® LINK PRO app enables installers to change the installation settings, add
sensors and access maintenance details.

5 MAINTENANCE

5.1 Replacing the filter

The VMI® PUREVENT VISION'R unit may be either equipped with:
-
A pollen filter (G4 type, coarse 65%)
-
A fine particle filter (F7 type, ePM1 55%) or
-
An odour filter (F7 type with active carbon, ePM1 55%)
(For 3V or 4V installations, the VMI PUREVENT VISION'R unit is also equipped with a G4 sleeve filter.)
To ensure optimum air quality and correct functioning of the VMI® unit, the filter must be changed
regularly (at least once a year).
Filter replacement procedure:
10- Cut the power to the VMI® unit.
11- Replace the old filter with a new filter (the filter tab must be facing outwards).
12- Switch the machine on.
13- Connect the VMI® LINK PRO app to the VMI® unit.
14- Select the VMI® unit in question.
15- Open the Maintenance tab.
16- Select Filter replacement.
17- Specify the renewal period.
18- Confirm to complete the operation.
Note: If the app cannot be accessed, you can complete the filter replacement via the control unit. To
do so, see the control unit user manual.
