3.5.6 Recommendations for installing the hoses

The Hydro'R module is connected to the heating network at the tapping point via the insulated
hydraulic hoses (if the VMI® is not installed in a heated area). Implementation of the hoses must
comply with best practices to avoid causing any pressure drop in the hydraulic system.

3.5.7 Condensate drainage

Prior to commissioning, the Hydro'R module must be connected to a waste water network.

RECOMMENDATION
Before any commissioning of the VMI®, it is essential to fill the siphon with water
inside the Hydro'R loop (10 cl minimum).

3.5.8 Installing the humidity or indoor air quality sensors

Make sure to refer to the installation instructions provided with the sensor.

The recommendation is to install the sensor:

At least 1 metre from the ground if the sensor is placed on furniture or on a shelf (using the
removable stand supplied with the INSAFE+ Carbon model)

wall plugs)
To obtain data as close as possible to the user, we advise sticking to the recommended locations.
