3.4 Electrical connection

The appliance must be connected by a professional electrician in compliance with local standards.
This step must only be carried out when the other installation steps are completed. This avoids any
risk of electric shocks when installing the various parts of the system.
The VMI® unit must be connected to a dedicated line. On the switchboard, the installation must be
equipped with C-curve thermal magnetic 16A bipolar circuit breaker type protection, in turn connected
to circuit protection by means of a differential device and a disconnecting device in the fixed line.
Connect the supplied cable to the mains via a sealed junction box, minimum IP 55 (not supplied).
Type of cable: 3 x 1.5 mm² (2-phase + earth conductor)
Network: Single phase 230 VAC, 50 Hz

3.5 Hydraulic connection (PUREVENT HYDRO'R)

The appliance must be installed by qualified staff.
The Hydro'R system must be installed in accordance with standard practice for installing plumbing and
heating systems in the residential sector.
For safety aspects, please refer to section 1.2 Safety instructions.

3.5.1 Preparation

Before starting the installation, remove the colour stoppers on the
hydraulic connections.
All of the hydraulic components required for correct installation are
not supplied. We recommend the following components:
1. Thermostatic valve
2. Automatic bleeder
3. Connection hose
4. Quarter-turn valves
5. Water filter
6. Drain valve
