If you have a mobile phone with an infrared port for wireless data transmission, you can print
photos through a cordless connection with the printer. You can print photos received from a
mobile phone in specified format through infrared communication.

Requirements for Infrared Communication

In order to use infrared communication, your mobile phone must satisfy the following
requirements:
• Compatible mobile phone:
A mobile phone which has IrDA 1.2 port and supports IrMC ver. 1.1
• Printable contents: photo (JPEG only)
IrDA (Infrared Data Association) is the name of the Association that sets and
