CEBEK CD-101 Quick Start Manual

Digital counter to a maximum of 999 units, specially recommended for small operations, models, etc.. It shows data through the
displays of 13.5 mm.
Function incorporates Reset and connection terminals for an easy assembling.
POWER
: From 12 V. DC, we recommend using FE-103 Cebek supply that adapts to the needs of the circuit.
Connect the positive and negative pof the power supply at the input.
OPERATION
: Connect a push button to the terminal indicated as pulse input and another to the terminal indicated as Reset.
Press the button corresponding to the pulse input, each pulse, register and increase the number of one unit regarding the previous
data. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of 999, the circuit will be reseted to zero starting a new count up.
If you want to perform a reset, you only have to briefly press the Reset button, the display will be put to zero waiting for a new pulse.
INSTALLATION AND HANDLING:
dry contacts as buttons or switches. DO not forget that due to the anti-bounce filter module, the maximum supported input frequency
is 25 Hz .
In the connection of the switches, the distance of the used cable must be shorter than 25 cm. From 25cm, you have to use shielded
cable.
For the installation, you have to use a metallic enclosure, and connect the negative of this circuit to this enclosure.
One of the possible reason for an incorrect operating mode, would be an exposure to industrial interferences produced by coils,
relays, fluorescents, etc.. Avoid to supply with the same power supply, other devices like these, that could generate the mentioned
problem.

ALIMENTATION

Branchez les positive et négative de l'alimentation aux entrées correspondantes.
OPERATION:
Connectez un bouton poussoir à la borne indiquée comme entrée d'impulsion et un autre à la borne indiquée
comme Reset. Appuyez sur le bouton correspondant à l'entrée d'impulsion, à chaque pulsation, le circuit enregistrera et ajoutera
une unité au chiffre antérieur. Si vous dépassez le nombre maximum de 999 unités, le circuit procèdera à une remise à zéro pour
un nouveau comptage.
Si vous souhaitez effectuer une réinitialisation, vous pouvez simplement appuyer brièvement sur le bouton de réinitialisation (Reset),
l'écran sera remis à zéro dans l'attente d'une nouvelle impulsion.
