Proceed as follows:

On the left menu, click PSTN Control.

In the Select Tone/Ring Signals for list, click your region.
3
In the Prefix digits to dial PSTN phone call box, type the prefix you want to dial
to make phone calls using the PSTN.
4
Click Apply.
