Step 3 Install the Front Rack Corners and Crossbar
Important: Both the front and side cargo management rails
must be aligned to the same height for the Front Rack Corners
to fit properly. Check corner base for fit before installing. If
misalignment is evident, loosen front rail, align to side rails and
re-tighten attachment bolts to 18 Nm.
3.1. Install the four Rail Nuts by inserting each nut, spring
side first into the slot between the upper and lower rails
of the cargo management tracks. Turn each nut clock-
wise one-quarter turn to lock it into place. Insert two
Rail Nuts into the front track (one at the driver's side
end and one at the passenger's side), and one into the
front end of each of the sidetracks (See Figure 10).

3.2 Starting with the driver's side, mount the Front Rack
Corner into the track units and slide the Rail Nuts into
the slots on the rack corner making sure that the
washer is against the head of the bolt (See Figure 11).
Tighten the 10mm Bolts and torque to 35 Nm. Repeat for
passenger's side.

3.3 Position one (preassembled) Crossbar across the two
Rack Corner saddle plates, fitting two T-Bolts into the
holes in each saddle plate. Keep the third T-Bolt inside
the saddle plate on each side. Loosely assemble a
10mm Self Locking Nut onto each of the four T-bolts
(See Figure 8).
3.4 To center the Crossbar between the two Rack Corners,
measure 5 ¼ inch overhang from one end of the Cross-
bar to the saddle plate and tighten the four Self Locking
Nuts (See Figure 8). Torque to 25Nm.
3.5 Repeat Steps 2.14 and 2.15 for Front Crossbar.
Step 4 Install the Tie Downs
4.1 Insert two Tie Down T-bolts through the machined slot in
the top slot of each Crossbar. IMPORTANT: Machined
threads on Tie Down T-bolts are not same size as other
T-bolts in the package.
4.2 Review orientation of Tie Downs in Figure 9. Insert and
slide key on the Tie Down body through the machined
slot in the top slot of each crossbar and engage T-bolt
into hole in the Tie Down body. Attach Tie Down Knob,
slide to desired position and tighten firmly.
4.3 Repeat for three remaining Tie Downs.
Step 5 Place the Pick-Up Box Cargo Management Accesso-
ries Owner's Manual inside the glove box along with the
vehicle Owner's Manual.
