Step 1 Preassemble the Rail Nuts
1. Thread a 10mm Bolt with a washer through the Rail Nut
so the thread protrudes 1/8 inch through the spring side
of the nut (See Figure 1). Repeat for 3 remaining Rail
Nuts.

Step 2 Install the Rear (Sliding) Rack Corners and Crossbar
2.1 Position the Slide Mount Slide onto the top rail of the
cargo management track (See Figure 2). IMPORTANT:
Use care in bending the slide around the formation in the
rear of the truck bed. Over bending could damage the
slide.

2.2 Place the Driver's Side Rear Rack Corner (the one with
the safety pin assembly) at an angle and attach the top
lip of the Slide Mount corner base onto the top rail, pull
the safety pin and rotate into an upright position. This
MUST be done towards the cab end of the truck (See
Figure 3). Exercise care to prevent scratching the
painted surfaces of the pickup bed.

2.3 Position the Slide Mount Slide into the space between
the face of the cargo management track and the Slide
Mount. Pull the safety pin to fully install the Slide into
the Slide Mount (See Figure 4).
