  • Page 8 Attach the two stabilizers (47) & (19) to the main frame (27) using four sets of M8 Domed nuts (26), Ø8 Flat washers (25) and M8 X 70 Allen bolts (20). Take the Front Post (52) and join the Upper cable wire (49) with Lower cable wire (36).
  • Page 9 Attach the handlebar (pt.62) to the Front post (pt.52) using four sets of Ø8 Flat washers (25) and M8*20 Screw (pt.38). Connect the Upper cable wire (pt.49) to the computer wire (pt. 58), and slide the computer down to the Computer bracket situated at the top of the Front post (pt.52).
  • Page 10 NOTICE! This line is for STOP position. Attach the Seat post (pt.10) to the Main frame (pt.27) using Adjustable knob (pt.33). Attach the Pedals (pt.14L&14R) by screwing them into the corresponding crank arm. Note that the Right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the Left pedal on anti-clockwise.

    EXERCISE COMPUTER Power Up When turned on, the monitor will emit a long beep sounds and all LCD displays light up. After that it will enter to MANUAL PROGRAM. There are 6 basic workout modes: MANUAL 、PRESET PROGRAM、BODYFAT PROGRAM、T.H.R PROGRAM、HRC PROGRAM、 USER PROGRAM Note: The monitor will sleep when no signal inputs for four minutes.

    PRESET PROGRAM There are 12 preset programs.. Setting parameters for PRESET PROGRAM Select one PRESET PROGRAM by UP or DOWN key, then press ENTER key ,and select the function values of time、distance、calories、age etc to set, when select the function value, it will flash and press UP or DOWN key to adjust, then press ENTER key to confirm the setting value, at the same time enter to the next parameter to set.
