    The VisionCam XM is a specific smart camera derived from the VisionBox AGE-X series. Therefore, the software library or exactly the API is identical to the VisionBox AGE-X. It’s possible to develop one program which runs on an i7 AGE-X and on the VisionCam XM, with only a simple rebuild.
