When this screen appears, the only
control that will function (and the
only operation that is possible) is
the power button.

To Replace Filter

Unscrew filter tip as shown in Fig
13 to access the filter. The filter
is located in the threaded base of
the tip. It may be necessary to use
a pointed object like a paper clip
to remove the filter.

When Check Sensor Filter mes-
sage screen appears, pressing the
power button leads
to the screen shown in Fig. 14,

"Filter Change Confirmation".

Two options are now possible:
If the filter was checked, and
replaced if necessary, press
the button beneath the
