To adjust the cruise control on a Detroit Diesel EPA07 MBE 4000 to increase RPM for PTO operation in a Kenworth truck:

1. Engage the cruise control system by ensuring the SPDCNTL switch is in the ON position.
2. Momentarily press the SET/CST switch to activate cruise control.
3. The engine RPM should increase to a pre-defined speed.
4. Use the SET/CST and RSM/ACC switches to raise or lower the engine RPM as needed.

Before activating cruise control, ensure:
- The cruise enable switch has been turned ON.
- The clutch (if equipped) and service brake have been activated once after engine start.

This process allows the engine RPM to be controlled for PTO operation.
