These are toll calls if you dial from outside of the number's
local dialing area. Seagate also has a forum on Com-

Use a touch-tone telephone to access Seagate's auto-
mated FAX system and select technical support informa-
tion by return FAX. This service is available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.

message base, downloadable utilities, and documentation
