WARNING
Do take care so that the rigid items and plastic parts of a child
restraint shall be so located and installed that they are not liable
to become trapped by a moveable seat or in a door of the
vehicle.
Any straps holding the restraint to the vehicle should be tight
and any straps restraining the child should be adjusted to the
child's body. The straps should not be twisted.
Any lap strap should be worn low down, so that the pelvis is
firmly engaged.
The child restraint should be changed when it has been subject
to violent stresses in an accident. You may not see any damage,
but after a serious crash a child restraint system can be too weak
to protect again.
DO NOT install or use this child restraint without following the
instructions and warnings in this manual or you may put your
child in serious risk of injury or death.
DO NOT make any modification to this child restraint or use it
along with component parts from other manufacturers.
The function of the child restraint system could be altered,
resulting in serious injury or death.
Please keep the child restraint which without cover away from
sunlight, because it may be too hot for child's skin.
NEVER leave your child unattended with this child restraint at all
times.
Any luggage or other objects liable to cause injuries in the event
of a collision shall be properly secured. If the car has to stop or
crash suddenly, these objects will continue moving and can
cause serious injuries. The larger the object, the greater the risk.
The child restraint shall not be used without the cover.
The seat cover should not be replaced with any other than the
one recommended by the manufacturer, because the soft goods
constitutes an integral part of the child restraint performance.
DO NOT use any load bearing contact points other than those
described in the instructions and marked in the child restraint.
Please always fasten the child restraint when it is inside the vehicle.
The instructions can be retained on the chlid restraint for its life
period.
1.
This is a "Universal" child restraint. It is approved to
Regulation No. 44, 04 series of amendments, for general use
in vehicles and it will fit most, but not all, car seats.
2.
Only suitable for use with 3 point retractor vehicle safety
belts approved to UN/ECE regulation No.16 or other
equivalent standards.
3.
A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared
in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable of
accepting a "Universal" child restraint for this age group.
4.
This child restraint has been classified as "Universal" under
more stringent conditions than those which applied to
earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
