Ring Delay The number of rings before the machine answers in
Fax Only , Fax/Tel and TAD:Msg Mgr mode.
Ring Volume Volume setting for the machine's ring.
Scanning (MFC-620CN only) The process of sending an
electronic image of a paper document into your computer.
Scan to Card (MFC-620CN only) You can scan a black and white
or colour document into a Media Card. Black and white images
will be in TIFF or PDF file format and colour images may be in

Speed-Dial A pre-programmed number for easy dialling. You must

User Settings A printed report that shows the current settings of the
machine.
Xmit Report (Transmission Verification Report) A listing for
each transmission, that shows its date, time and number.
