Overview and application Generel desription 3.1. The roller grill is designed to cook sausages, wraps and pizza rolls and can be adapted to every customer’s needs since it comes in different sizes, depending on the number of rolls, which also are available in different materials and designs. The roller grill has an adjusta- ble temperature, which are controlled by an energy regulator. -

Operation The roller grill is on the front equipped with a temperature control and a switch with red light for each heating zone, indicating that the heat and rolling function is on. The roller grill is switched on and the rolls are rotating. The heat is controlled by the energy regulator and is put to the right level by turning the scale knob. -
