WarninG: Shut off the power at the circuit breaker or fuse panel before removing the old fixture, ballast, or fluorescent tubes.
If you are unfamiliar with electrical installations, we recommend you contact a qualified electrician to do the installation.

INSTALLATION

1. Shut off power at the electrical panel before beginning the installation.
2. Remove existing fluorescent tubes and set aside to recycle in accordance with local requirements.
3. Remove and set aside the ballast cover, if needed.
4. Use the existing shunted sockets if they in good condition. If not, it is recommended that new shunted sockets (not included) are installed.

JURISDICTION. • Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing
lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder lead wires by employing applicable connectors. • THERE ARE LED TUBE, OPERATION
INSTRUCTION AND FIELD APPLIED LABEL IN THIS RETROFIT KIT.
The units covered by this report were intended to be retrofit surface mounted. Type IC and non-IC recessed mounted fluorescent luminaires use a maximum of six lamps, the minimum
lamp compartment dimensions are below:
