APPENDIX – B 'PIECE BY PIECE' INSTALLATION
The 'piece by piece' installation method should be employed as
a secondary option when installation by crane is too difficult or
not feasible.
Important! If using this method, it is imperative that the
disassembly and reassembly instructions are followed carefully.
If the cooler is not correctly reassembled, the customer may
experience a performance penalty in terms of cooling capacity
and cooling effectiveness. It is the installer's responsibility to
ensure that the cooler is reassembled correctly according to
the following instructions. During disassembly/reassembly, be
vigilant and ensure all fasteners and small components are
stored in containers for safe keeping.
Initial disassembly on the ground:
1.
Remove the plastic packaging film from the cooler, along
with the vertical wooden support members for transport.
Dispose of each responsibly.
2.
Remove all 8 side panel clips, all 4 top clips and all 4 side
panel assemblies. This will require a flat head screw driver.
Store the clips in a container.
3.
Remove the lid grille by loosening all 8 of the encapsulated
wing nut lid screws and then lifting the lid upwards. The lid
screws are encapsulated and should not separate from the
lid if untightened uniformly.
4A. Unclip the spreader hoses and then pull and release the
top manifold retention straps.

4B. Release the bottom manifold retention straps.
4C. The manifold assembly can now be pulled directly
outwards.
