IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: 1. Read all instructions before use. 2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided use handle when moving this heater. 3. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, lothes, and curtains at least 4" / 7cm away from the front of heater and keep them away from the sides of heater. 4. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is in operation it must not be left unattended. 5. Always unplug the heater when not in use. 6. Do not operate any heater with damaged cord or plug or after the heater has malfunctioned or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to an authorised service facility for repair. 7. Do not use outdoors. 8. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never locate heaters where it may fall into a bath tub or other water container. 9. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over. 10. To disconnect heater, turn control to off, then remove plug from outlet. 11. Connect to properly grounded outlet only. 12. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater. 13. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intake or exhaust in any manner . 14. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked. 15. A heater has hot and arcing or sparkings parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored. -

WARNING: Due to high temperatures, this electric fireplace should be located out of traffic. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 36" from the top of the heater. WARNING: Never locate this electric fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. CAUTION: Do not expose the electric fireplace to the elements (such as rain, etc) WARNING: To prevent contact with sagging or loose insulation, the electric fireplace must not be installed against a vapor barrier or exposed insulation. Localized overheating could occur and a fire could result. UNPACKING AND TESTING FIREPLACE Carefully remove the unit from the box. Prior to installing the unit, test to make sure the unit operates properly. To do this, plug the unit's power supply cord into a conveniently located 120 Volt grounded outlet. INSTALLATION WARNING: RISK OF FIRE! The power cord must not be pinched or against a sharp edge. Secure cord to avoid tripping or snagging to reduce risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over. WARNING: RISK OF FIRE! To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intake or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces where openings may become blocked. WARNING: RISK OF FIRE! Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors in the vicinity of this or any other heater Installation Overview : Site Selection Your new fireplace may be wall mounted, installed into existing framing or built into a wall. Review and consider all of the following conditions for installation: 1. Fireplace dimensions. 2. Unit requires a minimum of two wall studs in order to ensure a secure installation. There are two possible installation methods: built-in or wall-mounted. Note: A 15 Amp, 120 Volt circuit is required. A dedicated circuit is preferred but not essential in most cases. -
Page 7: Before You Install
Before you install 1. Select a location that is not susceptible to moisture or dust, and is away from high traffic locations and objects that many catch fire or block openings such as drapes, pillows, furniture etc. 2. For the best effect, install the fireplace out of direct sunlight and away from overhead lighting. 3. As much as possible, select a location near an existing electrical outlet. Do not use an extension cord with this appliance. 4. Remove appliance, glass panel, pebbles and all hardware from box and remove all packaging related materials prior to installation. 5. Plug the unit in, then press the power key on the unit or remote control (ensure the batteries are installed to remote control). After this, ensure the LED lights are working correctly. 6. Press On/off key to turn off the unit, then pull the plug from the socket. Store the fireplace in a safe, dry and dust free location until you are ready to proceed with the installation. Wall mount Installation : 1. Attach the provided wall mounting bracket to the wall. Make sure it is level. 2. Lift appliance unit and insert the stakes for hanging into keyholes on the back of the unit. 3. Check the appliance for stability, ensuring that the appliance will not pull free from the wall. -

If you prefer the appliance to be flush with the wall, please refer to Plan B. - Page 9 1. Attach the built-in mount bracket to both sides of the appliance. (Plan A: Inner Hole; Plan B: Outer Hole; as shown below). 2. Lift fireplace carefully with the help of another person and insert into opening. 3. Make sure that the power supply port is not behind the wall. 4. Level the fireplace. 5. Secure the fireplace to the wall with the built-in mounting bracket (as shown below).

Glass Crystal Installation : To avoid any risk of injury, it is recommended that two people install the glass onto the appliance. Always wear safety glasses and gloves when handling glass. 1. To remove the outer glass panel from the bracket, undo the mounting screws from two sides（①、②） and top ③ . 2. Remove the outer glass panel by lifting it up and off. ( ④ ) 3. Gently put the glass crystals into place, spread the crystal carefully as shown below（⑤） Note : The crystals may be covered with a fine white dust that needs to be cleaned prior to installation. Clean the crystals with soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry before placing into the tray. 4. Replace the front glass panel, replace the bracket screws on top and the two sides. （⑥）... -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS LOCATION The master power switch is located on the right side of the appliance. The control panel is on the right corner of the glass. MASTER SWITCH The master switch controls the power supply to the appliance. Turn the switch to “I” to connect power and turn the switch to “O” to cut the power. There will be a chiming sound when turning to “I”. 1. POWER ON/OFF Touch the button once (flame will light up) to turn power on for all functions, keep the last flame color once appliance off. Touch the button once more to turn all functions off and flame off. 2. FLAME ADJUSTMENT Touch the button to turn flame on. There are 10 levels in total to change colours. Press the button to cycle through colour options. The display will show F1(orange) F2(orange and green), F3(green), F4green and blue, F5(blue), F6(blue and orange), F7(blue and orange and green), F8(blue and red), F9(red), F0 (all colours loop). -

6. TEMPERATURE DISPLAY The display shows either Celcius (C) or Fahrenheit (F) degrees. The F temperature Range display shows from (86F,84F,82F..to 62F). The C temperature range display shows from (30C,29C,28C..to 17C). To change F to C, press and hold the button in for 10 seconds. After setting the temperature scale, the display will disappear automatically. Do not leave heater unattended. REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES - Install the CR2025 3V battery (included) in the remote control before use. The master switch on the fireplace must be set to “I” to operate the remote control. Remote functions are the same as on the control panel, with 2 added lock buttons. -

Le cordon électrique fourni avec cet appareil a une fiche à 2 lames. La pointe ronde de la fiche sert à la mise à la terre. SOMMAIRE DE L’INSTALLATION Sélection de l’emplacement Votre nouvea foyer electrique pút étre au mure, insére dans une ouverture existante ou encastré au mur. Tenez compte des facteurs suivants pour déterminer l’emplacement de votre appareil : 1. Les dimesnions de l’unité. 2. L’unité doit étre instalé dan au moins deus (2) montants de mur pour une installation sécuritaire. Deaux types installation sont possible. :installation morale ou encastré (dans le mur) Remarque: Un circuit 15 A, 120 V est exige. Un circuit dédié á l’appareil est recommande, mais non essentiel dans la plupat des cas.

REMARQUE : AVANT DE COMMENCER L’INSTALLATION 1. Choisissez un emplacement protege contre l'humidite, la poussiere et la circulation elevee, et eloigne des emplacements et des objets qui pourraient bloquer les ouvertures et causer un incendie, tels que les draperies, oreillers, meubles, etc. 2. Pour un effet optimal, installez le foyer electrique a un endroit qui n'est pas sous ensoleillement ou eclairage direct. 3. Dans la mesure du possible, choisissez un endroit a proximite d'une prise electrique existante, afin de faciliter l'installation. N'utilisez pas de rallonge electrique avec cet appareil. Retirez le foyer electrique, le panneau avant, les galets de verre et la quincaillerie de montage de la boite et enlevez tout le materiel d'emballage avant de commencer l'installation. 5. Branchez l'appareil, puis appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche sur l'unite ou sur la telecommande (les piles doivent d'abord etre inserees dans la telecommande). Verifiez que les voyants a DEL de l'appareil fonctionnent correctement. 6. Appuyez sur la touche marche/arret pour arreter l'appareil, puis debranchez-le de la prise, rangez le foyer electrique dans un endroit securitaire, au sec et a l'abri de la poussiere jusqu 'a ce que vous soyez pret a debuter l’installation. INSTALLATION MURALE 1. Fixez le support de montage mural (fourni) au mur. Vérifiez qu’il est bien de niveau. 2. Soulevez l’appareil avec précaution et insérez les piquets de montage dans les trous piriformes à l’arrière de l’appareil. 3. Vérifiez que l’appareil est bien stable et qu’il ne glissera pas hors du support mural. - Page 24 Installation des cristaux de verre: Afin d’éviter tout risque de blessure, il est recommandé que l’installation soit faite par deux personnes. Toujours porter des lunettes de sécurité et des gants lorsque vous manipulez de la vitre. 1. Dévissez les vis de montages des deux côtés （①、②）et du dessus ③ afin de retirer le panneau de verre extérieur. 2. Retirez le panneau de verre extérieur en le décollant et en le soulevant. ( ④ ) 3. Mettez les cristaux de verre en place en les dispersant soigneusement tel qu’illustré.（⑤） Note : Les cristaux peuvent être recouverts d’une fine couche de poussière blanche qui doit être nettoyée avant l’installation. Nettoyez les cristaux avec une eau savonneuse, rincez-les et séchez-les complètement avant de les placer dans le plateau. Replacez le panneau de verre extérieur et les vis sur les deux côtés et le dessus.（⑥）...

DIRECTIVES DE FONCTIONNEMENT Affichage EMPLACEMENT Le commutateur principal est situé sur le côté droit de l’appareil. Le panneau de commandes est dans le coin droit du panneau de verre. COMMUTATEUR PRINCIPAL Le commutateur principal contrôle l’alimentation électrique de l’appareil. Placez le commutateur à “I” pour donner du courant à l’appareil, ou “O” pour couper le courant. Une légère sonnerie se fera entendre lorsque le commutateur est placé à “I”. INTERRUPTEUR MARCHE/ARRÊT (ON/OFF) Appuyez une fois sur le bouton (l’icône s’illuminera) pour active r toutes les fonctions de l’appareil. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton pour arrêter les fonctions. AJUSTEMENT DE LA FLAMME Touchez le bouton pour allumer la flamme. En tout, il y a 10 options de changements de couleur. Pressez le bouton pour parcourir les choix d’options. L’écran affichera F1(orange) F2(orange et vert), F3(vert), F4(vert et bleu), F5(bleu), F6(bleu et orange), F7(bleu, orange et vert), F8(bleu et rouge), F9(rouge), F0 (la gamme complète des couleurs). COULEUR DU LIT DE BRAISE Touchez le bouton pour allumer le lit de braise. En tout, il y a 10 choix de couleurs. Pressez le bouton pour parcourir les choix de couleurs. L’écran affichera C1, C2, etc… C0 (la gamme complète de couleurs). 4. RÉGLAGES DE CHALEUR Ce foyer électrique comprend une chaufferette à air pulsé ayant deux réglages de chaleur: 700 W (“LO” est affiché) et 1350W (“HI” est affiché). Appuyez une fois sur le bouton (l’icône s’illuminera) pour activer la chaufferette à basse puissance (700W). Appuyez encore sur le bouton pour activer le chauffage à haute puissance (1350W). AFFICHAGE DE LA TEMPÉRATURE L’écran s’affiche en degrés Celsius ( C) ou Fahrenheit ( F). Pour passer des degrés F à C, pressez et maintenez le bouton enfoncé pendant 10 secondes. Après avoir choisi l’échelle de température, l’écran s’effacera automatiquement. La plage de température en Fahrenheit va de 86 F, 84 F, 82 F … jusqu’à 62 F. La plage de température en Celsius va de 30 C, 29 C, C … jusqu’à 17 FONCTIONS DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE Installez la pile CR2025 3V (incluse) dans la télécommande avant de l’utiliser. L’interrupteur principal sur le foyer doit être réglé à “I” avant d’utiliser la télécommande. Les fonctions de la télécommande sont les mêmes que celles du panneau de contrôle plus 2 boutons additionnels de verrouillage. Le bouton 1 verrouille la couleur de la flamme et le bouton 2 verrouille la couleur du charbon. Pressez à nouveau le bouton de verrouillage et utilisez les boutons correspondants pour faire des changements de couleur. Les modifications sont confirmées sur l’écran (F0, F1, C2, etc…). -
