NOTE: The HI BBQ temperature range is 33 ºF – 572 ºF and the default 5. Touch the ThermoPro (backlight button)on the top of the transmitter to setting is 250 ºF. The LO BBQ temperature range is 32 ºF – 571ºF and the turn on/off the backlight.
Helpful Hints stays below 40 ˚C for 2 hours. The unit will save the current settings after the unit is turned off. If the receiver and / or the transmitter do not show the temperature wait for the probe to reach room temperature. Push the probe jacks harder into the transmitter and twist them back and forth so they make good contact.
