- Page 3 1、 : Press to turn on/off the receiver; Press and hold for three seconds to enter the Synchronize/Pair process. 2、PROBE/SET/ALARM : Press to rotate between Thermometer Probe 1 or Probe 2. When choose the probe, the current temperature and setting temperature will flash for three seconds. When selecting meat type or setting temperature, press to confirm.
