(11) Remove the two screws. (BBZ30P080FTB)
(12) SC-82: Remove the four screws. (ABA1193)
SC-81: Remove the two screws.

(13) Remove the three screws.

(14) Unhook the two hooks.
(15) Remove the Front Section.
[1-2] Diagnosis
(1) Arrange the unit as shown in the photo.
(2) Connect the another normal HDMI Cable to
the DIGITAL MAIN_L ASSY and the FRONT
HDMI USB ASSY.

Remove the Bonnet 65 by removing the 18 screws.

[2-1] Rear Section
(1) Release the 7P Housing (ADX7814) from the
PCB binder.
Note on assembling
∗14: Twist the PCB binder around the 7P Housing
(ADX7814), so that it doesn't touch to the
DIGITAL MAIN_L ASSY, D-AUDIO BRIDGE
ASSY and the Bonnet 65.
(2) Release the cables from the two PCB binders.
Note on assembling
∗15: Twist the PCB binders around the cables (direction of the blue
arrow), so that they don't touch to the Fuse and the capacitor.
(3) Remove the HDMI Cable (ADX7777) by disconnect the connector,
and then connect the another normal HDMI Cable.
Note: Don't connect the HDMI Cable (ADX7777) provided with the
product to prevent damage to the HDMI connector for the DIGITAL
MAIN_L ASSY. Instead, use the another normal HDMI Cable to
prevent a load from being applied to the HDMI connector.
Always connect the HDMI Cable because the iPod iPhone LED
blinks, which causes a shutdown, if the power is turned on without
the cable connected.
