Note :
(1) Even if the unit shown in the photos and illustrations in this manual may differ from your product, the
procedures described here are common.
(2) For performing the diagnosis shown below, the following jigs for service is required.
• 15P FFC extension jig cable (GGD1680)
• 29P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1856)
• 20P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1868)
• 5P PH Housing ASSY extension jig cable (GGD1594)
• 4P PH Housing ASSY extension jig cable (GGD1809)
• 24P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1871) x 2
• 27P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1799)
• 23P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1805)
• 27P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1873)
• 15P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1876)
• 28P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1867)
(3) Before starting the diagnosis, wait for three minutes until the electricity of the unit is discharged.
Disassembly
[1] Front Section
Remove the Bonnet 65 by removing the 18 screws.
Note on assembling as to the Bonnet 65
Tighten screw from the location ∗1 on the picture.

[1-1] Front Section
(1) Release the cables from the three PCB binders.
(2) Remove the 15P FFC (ADD7792) from the
MIC HP GUARD ASSY and then move
under the PCB binder.
Note: 15P FFC (ADD7792) is affixed with the
Double Side Tape (10 x 110mm).
(3) Cut the Binder.
Notes on assembling
∗2: PCB binder tilt in the direction of the blue arrow.
∗3: Twist the PCB binder around the 2P cable
(ADX7760) and tilt in the direction of the
blue arrow.
∗4: Doesn't touch the 2P cable (ADX7760) to the
diode and capacitor.
∗5: Bend the 39P FFC (ADD7796).
∗6: Doesn't touch the cables to a top of screws.
∗7: Pull the 7P cable (ADX7776) to the direction
of the blue arrow and then fix the Binder.
