Problem
The power-
on light
does not go
on and the
appliance
does not
work
There is
no steam or
not enough
steam.
Hot drops
squirt from
the
steaming
mask.
Possible cause
The plug has not
been properly
inserted into the
socket or the
power supply does
not work.
The appliance is not
switched on or the
openings in the
bottom of the
steaming mask are
obstructed
There is not enough
water in the water
container.
You have not
assembled all parts
properly.
There is an additive
(e.g. oil) or a foreign
substance (e.g.
washing-up liquid)
in the water
container.
Solution
Make sure the plug is properly
inserted in the wall socket and
the on/off knob is set to 'I'. Check
if the fuses are OK and if the
power supply works.
Make sure the on/off knob is set
to 'I'. Make sure the openings
in the bottom of the steaming
mask are not obstructed.
Fill the water container with 50ml
(=2 measuring cups filled to the
line)
Assemble the steaming
mask properly onto to the base
of the appliance. If you use
the aroma diffuser, make sure it is
fixed properly in the steaming
mask.
Unplug the appliance and remove
the steaming mask and aroma
diffuser. Clean the steaming mask
and the aroma diffuser with fresh
water. Wipe the base of the
appliance with a moist cloth. Do
not clean the base under the tap
as it contains electrical parts.
