Disassembling
CAUTION
Removing the LT35x servo
amplifier while live
Damage to the LT35x servo
amplifier!
Always switch off the power
y
supply to the relevant system
component before disassem-
bling the LT35x servo ampli-
fier.
For safety reasons, the LT35x
y
servo amplifier may only be in-
serted or removed at the earli-
est 10 seconds after the
power supply to the BT356
card rack or SB35x system
box has been switched off.
Proceed as follows to disassemble the LT35x
servo amplifier:
1. Switch off the power supply for the
BT356 card rack or SB35x system box
and allow for a discharging time of
10 seconds.
2. Loosen the knurled bolts on the front and
pull out the LT35x servo amplifier.
3. If necessary, assemble a BP 351 dummy
panel, order number 3 608 878 058.

Disposal

Environmental protection
Careless disposal of the LT35x servo
amplifier could lead to pollution of the
environment.
Therefore, dispose of the device in
accordance with the currently applicable
regulations in your country.
You can also send the device to Bosch
Rexroth for disposal.
13 Extension and
conversion
Do not convert the LT35x servo amplifier.

Troubleshooting

When the system is switched on, the servo
amplifier recognizes the size of the tightening
spindle. If the combination is not permitted, a
corresponding error message is output to the
tightener controller. It is then not possible to
start a tightening sequence.
Malfunctions and information on errors are
displayed by the LEDs on the front panel (see
section "Displays and operating elements"
on page 21) and in the tightening system,
e.g. in the BS350.
